Nina Wise, since earning her degree in Religious Studies and the Aesthetics of Movement has devoted her career to developing theater that addresses the complex relationship between body, intellect, and spirit. Her original works, performed in prestigious venues in the US, South America, Europe and Asia have won awards for playwriting, innovative design, and new theater including seven Bay Area Theater Critics’ Awards. David Szlasa, Programming Director of Z Space, is an award winning designer, artist, and producer exploring the relationship between live action and technology. He is drawn to complex philosophical, political, and scientific ideas and uses the multiple techniques available in performance and new media to examine these concepts in real-time happenings.

He has performed all over the world, from an opera house in Italy, to a performance for the birthday celebration of the King of Bhutan.
